George Soros is an investor, philanthropist, author, and a businessman born on August 12, 1930. He has two nationalities; an American and a Hungarian. He is one of the most successful investors in the world with a net worth of $25.2 billion. Born in Budapest to a Jewish family and later moved to England after 17 years. George Soros attended school at the London School of Economics where he graduated with a bachelor and masters in philosophy. His source of wealth is the Soros Fund management. Some of the core funding areas of the Soros Fund Management are humanitarian efforts, democratic ideals, education, economic development, and policy reform.
